Do you spend all your alone/spare time with your partner just lounging around? Unheathly habits begin this way! 

Break the habit by doing something active such as a walk, or a bike ride before residing to the couch for cuddle time. 

ARE YOU FEEDING EACH OTHER MORE THAN JUST GRAPES?

We often like to please our partner by treating them to their favorite foods. Sweet indulgences can quickly become part of a daily routine if treated enough! Whether its pizza & beer for the game or that delicious chocolate cake after that amazing meal! Calories add up when your not counting them! Break the habit by cooking a HEALTHY meal together!

HAVE YOU BECOME COMPLACENT?

One of the befinits of saying you have partner is not being in the dating game anymore! Dressing to the nines every nite to scope of the dating scene at the clubs & partie can often be exhausting. So it's nice to just louge around hand hang out in your comfortable ear with your partner. Subway Now the World's Largest Fast Food Chain

Fatty food chains, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, and so on are now number two. Maybe there is hope for the obese in world now that Subway is the NUMBER ONE fast food chain the the WORLD! 

Subway began by opening a string of its restaurants in non-traditional locations such as churches and high schools! The sub station as a total of 33, 749 global outlets!

MSN did a count of the ten largest fast good chains on EARTH! Here's what they came up with.

10.Taco Bell -- founded in 1962 and has 6450 restaurarnts. The franchise was started by a 25 year old former Marine and it has grown into the largest Mexican-style food restaurant int he world. Nearly 700 of the stores are operated outside the U.S, with outlets in countries like Austrail, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.

9.Wendy's - founded in 1969 and as over 6650 restaurants. The chain founded by Dave Thomas ( who passes in 2002) was the third larges burger restaurant on earth, which has maintained a traditional menu. The franchise was based out of Ohio, and employs more than 57,000 poeple WORLDWIDE!

8.Domino's Pizza - Founded in 1960 with 8533 restaurans. This is the SECOND largest pizza chain in the US and also SECOND largest in the WORLD! Domino's Pizza was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and operates more than 4000 stores outside the US. The frist outlet outside the US was right here in Canada, in Manitoba. The pizza chain began it's interenational expansion in May of 1983.

7.Dunkin Donuts - Founded in 1950 with 8800 venues. Dunkin Donuts is the Tim Hortons of Canada ( with 3750 global locations! ). Outlets of the coffee & donut chain have reached Algeria, Thailand and Ecuador. 6400 of the locations are in the US and just 75 operate West of the Mississippi River.

6.Burger King - Founded in 1955 with 12,200 restaurants. This burger join also orginated in the US with its signaure menu option the Whopper. The burger chain was global assest that are worth - get this - $3 BILLION!!!! The chain has operations in more than 73 countries WORLD WIDE!

5. Pizza Hut - Founded in 1958 with 13,100 dinners. The pizza joint began in Kansas in the early 1950's. It was the world's largest pizza chain which was bough by PepsiCo in 1977 and then flipped to YUM! Brands twenty years later ( Taco Bell is also owen by YUM! Brands. The chain can be founded in Syria, Laos, and Jamaica!

4.KFC - Founded in 1952 with 16,200 restaurants. Col Harland Sanders opened the FIRST operetaion but the famous secret behind his "finger-lickin' good bird" actually is said to be dated back to the 1930's. The franchise is the largest CHICKEN based restaurant in the WORLD. KFC has outlets in 105 countries across the globe! (Also the 3rd business in the YUM! Brands company)

3. Starbucks - Founded in 1971 with 16, 858 locations. It is the youngest chain which will celebrate its 40th birthday THIS WEEK. The coffee shop was founded in Seattle, and has grown to the BIGGEST coffee house int he world operating in more than 50 countries. 

2. McDonalds - Founded in 1940 has 32,737 restaurants! This is the largest Burger Join on EARTH! and still tops when it comes to sales! Last year alone the accumlated $24 BILLION in revenue. McDonald's has ruled the Asian market for years, with locations even in Hong Kong, and was even reported to offere wedding packages for especially loyal costumers!

1. Subway - Founed in 1965 and has whopping 33,749 locations worldwide! As the world's largest sandwich shop, the franchise has been able to infiltrate real estate which other other fast food chains can't touch because the business doesn't require much space, such as Brazillian APPLIANCE stores!, German reverboats, and Detroit HIGH SCHOOLS.
